How do I connect a bank account?

Use "Add account" in the header to launch Plaid; we support every major US bank and credit union.

Why don't I see all of my transactions?

Plaid syncs new transactions on a delay. Most accounts catch up within a few hours.

How do I edit categories?

Open Categories from the sidebar to add, rename, or delete groups and categories. Changes apply instantly.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time from the in-app settings menu, or by visiting neptunebudget.com/delete-account.
